Bar services
Product training
All the bar services team come together at least once every month to learn what new products are on the market. During this time staff learn how the new drinks should be served/ in what glass it should come in and also what, if any mixers go with each drink. We even get to try these new products – so you can imagine how excited we all are to attend these training days!!!
Fast track team
Our fast track team have weekly training sessions to keep on top of our ever growing industry. These staff are taught serving techniques as when they are working they will be expected to serve 9 customers every minute – and on any one shift 7,020 customers. These staff work on a large team half pour drinks, - while the other serve the customer. In any one day a staggering 35,100 customers will pass through our “SUPER BAR”
Cocktails
There are over 5,000 different cocktails and combination of drinks which make up the perfect cocktail. Now not only do you have the traditional ones such as Harvey Wall Banger/ Black Russian/ Screwdriver, but now you have the more exotic ones like Sex on the beach/ slippery nipple/ tip top. Our staff are trained to know what is in them and how to serve them efficiently at a cocktail bar.
Training and Standards
In order that we all from Anyone Waiting Company maintain the same standards we have a staff booklet which inform staff what they should be saying and doing whilst at work. This is to ensure that the customer always gets the same response from all the staff. This step by step guide helps the staff to serve customers to the best of their ability.
The Extra Mile
Staff will go that little bit further in order to give the customer excellent service. They do this by getting to the counter before the customer does, being fast and working as a team to serve the round, offer an alternative drink – if the one ordered isn’t available. If it’s a quiet shift or a large round then the staff often ask if they would like their drinks carried back to their tables etc..
Anything Else
Not only do we serve the customer – but try and remember their drinks so the next time they come to the counter we should be able to give them a top class service. Also before they pay for their drinks we always ask “anything else” just in case they have forgotten a drink for themselves etc…
Self or Team Work
Our staff are now trained to either work by themselves or as part of a team – they do this by pairing up on any one shift and then when a order is placed one staff gets the drinks while the other member of staff tills in the order and takes the money for the drinks and returns the change. As the change is being given back the last of the drink order is being delivered to them.
Table Service
We even offer a table service where staff take orders at tables and deliver drinks to the customers and then add the price onto a table tab. All staff must have a good understanding and knowledge of what drinks are on offer and available as they are away from the bar area at this time. Each member of staff must also be able to offer drinks or products etc… that bests suits the customer needed or food that they are having, therefore a confident and experience is needed.
Food units and catering
Doughnuts and crepes
Dinky doughnuts or hot stick crepes made in front of your eyes – fresh and piping hot – will attract everyone and with such fillings such as banana , strawberry p[each chocolate cream marshmallow etc …… has a taste for everyone !
Coffee and teas
Times have changed and now you cant have just a coffee or tea …. Now it’s a latte / filter / mocha / cappacino / expresso / or a fruit or herbal tea. And not only that you have to decide if you want it de caff or full caff . and light skinny or full milk and then if that isn’t enough you have the option of a shot in it ( vanilla caramel toffee hazelnut cinnamon ) so all in all it’s a skinny de caff regular latte with a almond shot please – waw ! that all takes time and training to make sure you present the drink the correct way and the milk is heated to the correct temperature – but boy have we mastered it !
Pick n mix
Soft drinks and jelly sweets suit everyone of all ages, these multi coloured stalls attract everyone who are handed a bag and help themselves to the delicious sweets and confectioneries from around the world.
Food units and fast service
All our staff have basic food hygiene or above qualifications and regarly staff events from tea in Hyde park to silverstone and all horse racing courses. Staff now are dab hands at burgers, chicken burgers, chips, foot long hot dogs and hog roast.
Fudge
Hot Belgian Chocolate or Devon hand made fudge with candy floss and swirl lollypops attract kids or every age – knowing the product and helping the customer is a must – and sampling the various flavours of fudge 50 in all is even better!!!
Hotel services
Twilight Team
In order for your own staff to return to wrk after a busy shift Anyone Waiting Pub, Club and Hotel Services provide an over night team. This team will work to clean and set up your next function (ie wedding/ conference etc…) the staff will work quickly and quietly while you are closed and your guests are not present, and ready any room by morning – when your own staff return, fresh and ready for your next booking etc…
These staff are trained and work as a team cleaning large areas at any one time. Staff come in full uniform and will certainly blend in with the rest of your staff. Uniform consists of:- white shirt, black trousers and foot wear, black waistcoat, long black apron and our company wine red tie.
Room Service
To let your staff carry on with their own duties and not to be tied up with going back and foe to rooms our staff prepare and deliver ordered products to private rooms or meetings in your venue. The staff normally work up until 11p.m until kitchen staff and room service option ends.

Cleaners
Our cleaners work either early morning, over night or during the day (whichever suits your premises) to ready any size room for your new arrivals/ guests. Our team will hover/ dust/ clean/ polish areas in areas such as ball rooms/ reception areas/ bars and restaurants/ toilets and conservatories etc…

Turn Down Services
After a long day at meetings – guests are impressed when retu8rning to their rooms and finding the bathroom areas are tidy, curtains have been drawn, lights are turned on and beds are turned back and the best part of all – there is a chocolate left on the pillow (yum!). we believe that little touches make a big difference and go a long way.

Banqueting Team
Our team will work along side your staff assisting them with delivering and serving food and beverages to tables. Our staff are also Silver Service Trained either work as individuals or as a team. We are there to show guests to their tables, serve all courses and also coffee options.

House Keeping
Working in team these staff work quickly and efficiently working through hotel rooms making sure that either “stays” or “departures” rooms are ready for when guests return. Cleaning bathrooms, changing bed lining and towels, hovering and dusting, replenishing refreshments and shampoos etc.. are just some of their duties, whilst on duty.

Fun zone
Gladiator dual
The massive bag of fun with 2 podiums, comes with 2 gladiator hitters and crash mats. This item only takes two persons at a time and is a brilliant fund raiser for charity events or carnivals. Photos are available on request and we can also place oue staff to man it for you.
Bouncy Castles
Hours of fun can be had when you use one of our castles. At present we have over 25 different castles, sizes and styles. We have Castles, Giraffe, Fairytale, Dragon and normal square shaped castles. We can also join 3 castles together to make one super sized bag of fun. All our castles come with full insurance and can be used indoors and outdoors.
Ball pools
An enclosed area full of multi coloured (soft) play balls. Children and guests can have hours of fun in this blow up area. You are never to old to have a great time in this fun zone area. Available for indoors and outdoor areas.
Laser Parties and U.V Parties
Ideal for all ages – from a toddler to teenager and up to adults – these lasers (freen) project pictures and shapes not only on walls but in thin air across the room. These lights can be used for outdoor events (however these are not ideal for large areas etc…)
Please note in order for these lights to operate correctly we need to use a smoke machine so lights can bounce off the white smoke (non toxic) and comes in a wide variety of smells – we use strawberry flavour. This does not effect any person with asthma etc…
Foam Parties and Bubbles
Give your guests a twist – by covering them in foam!!!! We used to do a lot of children’s birthday parties with foam – but now adults and believe it or not O.A.Ps now want to use this service. Its different, its unique and its fun. You do get a bit wet, but it does not damage the venue (e.g carpet etc… - in fact it cleans your carpet!) or your clothes. An extra option is to have your room filled with bubbles – which the lights makes your party have the Aww! Factor.
Popcorn Parties
Spray your guests with buckets of popcorn, eat – dance and have fun, but please be aware that there is a lot of mess with this party and popcorn that has gone on the floor must not be eaten.
Fairground Rides/ Ice Cream Vans/ Side Stalls
We have adult rides which consist of Miami, waltzas, Ghost Train, Dodgems, Twister, Umbrellas (please note that adult rides may take one or two days to set up and require a large area)We have measurements please ask.
Children’s rides consist of, Ladybugs, Fun House, Mini coaster, Toy train, Formula One Races, (Childrens rides must be supervised by an adult at all times)
Side stall fill in the gaps around the larger rides and consists of , Tin Can Alley, Goldfish, Hoopla, Crazy Frogs, Darts, Dizzy Ducks.
